Brock Purdy and his wife Jenna are parents!

The San Francisco 49ers’ quarterback, 25, and his wife quietly welcomed their first baby, daughter Millie Joleen Purdy, announcing the news via a joint post on Instagram on Monday, July 28. The couple shared a sweet black-and-white photo of their newly minted family of three. In the picture, the proud parents held their little girl as they smiled down at her.

“Millie Joleen Purdy🩷 Life just became a whole lot sweeter,” the couple wrote in the caption.

The couple first met as students at Iowa State University and dated for a while before getting engaged in July 2023. The pair announced the news on Instagram with photos of the proposal at a dock with a view of the water in St. Cloud, Florida, and the celebration with friends that ensued afterward.

“My Jenna girl forever. I can’t wait to be your husband,” Brock captioned his post. “Here’s to forever babe. I love you JB!”

“We get to do life together…forever!” Jenna shared in her caption. “Brock Purdy — I love everything about you … more than any words can say.”

A few weeks later, they posed for a sunrise photo shoot on the beach, which they also shared on Instagram. In the photos, they could be seen smiling and having fun at the beach.

“I get to love you forever. Purdy excited to get a new last name 😘,” Jenna captioned the photos at the time.

In March 2024, the couple tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony. The NFL star shared a series of photos from the couple’s church nuptials and afterparty with their close family and friends in a post on Instagram, nearly a month after they tied the knot.

The Instagram carousel kicked off with a photo of the newlyweds at the church altar, with Brock and Jenna smiling lovingly at each other as they entwined hands in front of their wedding officiant. The wedding altar could be seen adorned with large white roses and other flowers in large glass vases.

In a second snap, the groom dipped his bride in front of a white staircase outdoors as several of their bridesmaids and groomsmen cheered behind them. The quarterback dipped his bride again in a third picture, this time on the dance floor as he and Jenna shared a sweet kiss. White flowers could be seen hanging from the ceiling above them.
