Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott once again took the offense on a little trip away, and he was pleased with what the group was able to accomplish.

Cowboys' Dak Prescott Reveals Details Of 'Phenomenal' Offseason Trip With Offense - Athlon Sports

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott has made a habit over the past few years of taking all of the offensive skill position players away for a trip to help build chemistry and dial in on the offensive details.

This year was no different, with Prescott and his group of teammates hitting the road, this time to Georgia, a place they had visited before, and getting down to business both on and off the field.

And speaking at his annual youth camp in Southlake, he detailed how successful the trip was for everyone involved.

“Phenomenal,” Prescott said. “Went back to a place that we’re familiar with, that we were a couple years ago in Georgia. That made the grounds and the efficiency outstanding, but then the commitment from the guys.

“One showing up and then their energy and commitment to growing what Shotti’s talked about, the brotherhood and not just us hanging out, but actually diving into some language, some conversation, some guys whys. The throwing was outstanding, but that time off the field was just as important and as beneficial as any trip has been.”

So the cohesiveness was built, but so too were the relationships that head coach Brian Schottenheimer has placed a premium on.

Prescott revealed that George Pickens, the newest member of the offense, even brought up Dak’s college days at Mississippi State, something that clearly means the world to No. 4 and shows that Pickens is all in this offseason.

With CeeDee Lamb in tow, the pair have continued to hit it off, with Dak seeing firsthand the chemistry that already exists between the pair while in Georgia.

Again, it was another offseason away trip for Dak and his weapons, and again, it feels like something tangible was achieved.
