Travis Kelce was forced to address his endowment during a raucous appearance on the “Bussin’ With the Boys” podcast.
Kelce, 35, appeared on the Tuesday, July 1, episode of the show, hosted by former NFL players Will Compton and Taylor Lewan, where the Chiefs tight end discussed a knee injury he suffered during his rookie season in 2013.
While detailing the injury, which Kelce said required roughly 10 MRIs, “Bussin’ With the Boys” producer Sherman pulled up a viral tweet purporting to show Kelce’s large penis in an MRI scan.
“Jesus!” Kelce exclaimed upon seeing the picture.
Lewan, 33, responded, “That was your x-ray, right?”
“No. Down to the knees?” Kelce joked about the length of the penis in question. Kelce added, “Who the f*** is this guy?”
Lewan blamed his producer for the surprising turn of events, saying, “Sherm is like always playing a bit while we’re also doing a show.”
As for the actual injury, Kelce said things got so bad that his new teammates started ribbing him before his career could even get off the ground.
“Everybody in the building was calling the MRI machine ‘the Kelce,’” he recalled. “Like, ‘Oh, you’re going to get a Kelce. Alright nice.’ I’m a rookie, haven’t even played a snap.”
Eventually, Kelce was forced to undergo microfracture surgery where “they drill holes in your cartilage bones to get blood to seep through and rebuild cartilage.”
Kelce wasn’t able to run for “like six, seven months” after undergoing the procedure, which derailed his rookie season.
Since then, Kelce has gone on to become one of the most dominant tight ends in NFL history — but he admitted Father Time has recently begun to make his presence felt.
“As I’m getting older, I can’t necessarily do a lot of things that I’ve been able to do when I was a younger player,” Kelce said on the podcast. “So, it’s creating even more frustration for me in certain times.”

He added, “But at the same time, I can still be that voice of reason for a lot of these young guys that are in unfamiliar territory.”
Still, Kelce lamented the fact that his athletic prowess has also started to wane away from the football field.
“I used to be able to f***ing throw a goddamn baseball,” he said. “I used to be able to f***ing hum it, like, 90 [miles per hour], dude. I used to really have a f***ing canon over here. Now I can’t even f***ing raise my arm over my head.”
