Dallas Cowboys fans were on the receiving end of some brutal Dak Prescott news on Saturday night. This is after news broke that the three-time Pro Bowl quarterback is set to undergo season-ending surgery to address a major hamstring injury.

Prescott hurt his ankle on Nov. 3 in Dallas’ 27-21 loss against the Atlanta Falcons. He underwent an MRI after the game, which revealed that he was set to miss multiple weeks because of the hamstring issue. The injury turned out to be much worse, though, with the 31-year-old now expected to miss the remainder of the season after he goes under the knife.

Standing by his side during these trying times is Prescott’s fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos. In fact, the couple, along with their eight-month-old baby girl MJ, recently celebrated Ramos’ 31st birthday.

Being the proud and sweet boyfriend that he is, the Cowboys quarterback took to Instagram to send his heartful birthday greetings for his soon-to-be wife.
