San Francisco 49ers Star Challenges Wife to NFL Workout

San Francisco 49ers fans don’t have to worry about star fullback Kyle Juszczyk staying in shape in the offseason, he made it clear on social media on Friday June 20, 2025 that he is working hard in his individual workouts. But he also made it clear that he’s keeping his morale high as well.

Kyle’s wife Kristin Juszczyk posted an Instagram reel on Friday June 20, 2025 depicting Kyle and her working out together.

In the video, Kyle puts Kristin through the paces, walking her through intense exercises including throwing a medicine ball, planks, sprints, crunches and several agility exercises.

49ers fans got a kick out of watching Kristin try to keep up with Kyle as he took on his workout. She honestly did a very good job considering Kyle is an NFL player, one of the most strong and fit people on the planet.

One commenter called for the couple to reverse the roles in their next workout video.

“His turn now! Take him to Pilates,” the commenter said.

If Kyle does end up going to pilates, 49ers fans will be the first in line to watch their beloved fullback take on yoga.

Kristin is a Famous NFL Fashion Designer

Kyle has been a beloved NFL player for 12 seasons now, but Kristin has become one of the most well-known members of the NFL community in her own right.

Kristin grew famous for her custom, fashionable looks in the stands at Kyle’s games, upcycling his old jerseys into warm and stylish outfits.

Suddenly, people around the NFL community wanted Kristin to make them a jacket too. Simone Biles reached out asking Kristin to make a jacket so she could support her husband Jonathan Owens. Taylor Lautner, Britney Mahomes, and Deebo Samuel also reached out.

One of Krtisin’s designs was even worn by one of the most famous popstars in the world — Taylor Swift — who wore one in support of her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Now, Kristin is launching her own brand, called Off Season, to sell her NFL designs to the public.

Krtisin probably didn’t know when she married Kyle back in 2014 that she’d become an NFL icon in her own right, but it’s been awesome for 49ers fans to see.

The Couple Returns to San Francisco

For a moment this offseason, it looked like Kyle and Kristin’s time in San Francisco was coming to an end.

Back on Tuesday March 11, 2025, the 49ers released Juszczyk.

It was a shocking and heartbreaking move for the 49ers fanbase. Juszczyk had made 8 straight Pro Bowls as the lone NFC fullback since he signed with the 49ers back in 2017. He’s racked up 1,895 receiving yards, 18 total touchdowns and blocked for seemingly every 49ers player who has come through the doors in those years.

He’s been with the franchise through all the recent ups and downs, Super Bowl appearances and playoff misses, underdog wins and crushing losses. 49ers fans couldn’t fathom seeing “Juice” in different threads in 2025.

Fortunately, the 49ers were able to come to a deal to bring Juszczyk back to San Francisco for two more years just a few days later on Saturday March 15, 2025.

49ers fans hope to see Juice score more touchdowns in 2025 — and hope that Kristin will be designing her fit for Super Bowl LX at home at Levi’s Stadium.
