Braves manager Brian Snitker named to National League All-Star coaching staff

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Braves manager Brian Snitker will be in the dugout for the MLB All-Star Game in Atlanta.

Snitker will be one of the National League’s honorary coaches, along with Miami Marlins manager Clayton McCullough. Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts will lead the NL; Roberts previously named Snitker to his staff for the 2019 game.

The American League will be coached by New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone. He will be joined by Hall of Fame manager Joe Torre and Cleveland Guardians manager Stephen Vogt.

Voting for the All-Star starting lineups is currently underway. Ronald Acuna Jr. is the only Braves player currently slated to make the second round of voting.

The MLB All-Star Game is scheduled for July 15 at Truist Park.
