Taylor Swift is officially in her sporty era. After all, she is dating Travis Kelce, tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. The pair have been keeping a low profile so far this year—since Swift showed up to support Kelce as his team took on the Philadelphia Eagles at the Super Bowl in February, the pair have only been spotted on a few low-key dinner date nights and vacations. However, they just stepped out for their first public appearance in months.

On June 12, the couple appeared at Game Four of the 2025 Stanley Cup Final in Sunrise, Florida, where Kelce has been training for the upcoming NFL season. The pair opted for matching looks, both rocking sporty shorts two-pieces.

Swift wore the beige Crystal Trim Track Jacket by Area, which features a zipped front, zipped pockets, a cropped, cinched waist, and sparkly silver studded embellishments around the shoulders, along with the Area logo on the chest. She paired the jacket with the matching nylon Crystal Embellished Track Shorts, which also feature silver stud embellishments down the sides and a small Area logo on the hem. She paired the sporty two-piece with heeled white leather ankle boots by Prada and carried Chanel’s 25 Large Handbag in black. She wore her hair in a braided ponytail and rocked her signature red lip.

Kelce also wore a two-piece, although his was the exact same shade of red as Swift’s lipstick. His consisted of a simple red sweatshirt and shorts. He completed his look with a red and beige cap.

During their appearance, the pair were filmed entering the stadium together and later, they could be seen laughing together in the stands. At one point, Kelce showed his girlfriend something on his phone and she appeared to say, “Oh wow!” In one fan video, Swift and Kelce could also be seen sharing a kiss in the stands.

Swift’s latest date night look fits right into her sporty sartorial playbook. She frequently plays with sparkly embellishments and sexy elements combined with classic sporty looks. Area has also become a favorite brand for game day—just take her 2024 Super Bowl look that featured studded Area jeans.

As a source recently explained to People, the singer will likely attend more games than ever this NFL season. “Taylor is really looking forward to the upcoming NFL season,” the insider said. “Not just because she loves supporting Travis, but because for the first full season since they started dating, she’s not juggling a packed tour schedule.”

“This fall will be completely different,” the source went on. “It’s the first season where she’s not constantly flying back and forth or working around an entire touring calendar, later adding, “She’s genuinely excited to have the time and flexibility to show up for Travis more consistently.”
