NFL’s organized team activities will commence at the end of the month and that means players getting a feel of their improved or change dynamics for the new season. Green Bay Packers star Jordan Love does not have to wait for it to know that he got a marvelous teammate.

The team picked wide receiver Matthew Golden at 23rd in last month’s NFL draft and both fans and critics are raving about it. They think the Packers made the right decision to pick the Texas Longhorns stand out.
Love, to whom Golden’s success will rely a lot, feels great about his possible offensive partner.
“Yeah, I mean, he’s a great dude. I’m excited to see his potential on the football field,” Love told reporters after the conclusion of a charity softball game in Appleton, Wisconsin he headlined.
“But just the start we’ve had, he looks like a stud. He looks like a very polished receiver, I’m excited to see just how far he can take it.”
Golden, who recently signed a four-year rookie contract, was also present in the event.

Jordan Love-Matthew Golden will make perfect partnership
Golden is expected to have a significant role in the 2025 season with all the troubles they are facing in the wide receivers department. One of which is lengthy absence of Christian Watson who is recovering from a knee injury he suffered late in the 2024 season.
Jayden Reed and Romeo Doubs will still be there but Golden might be Love’s best connection according to critics.

PFF’s Trevor Sikkema thinks Love-Golden is among the eight best veteran-rookie partnerships this new season.
“Quarterback Jordan Love has a good NFL arm but, through a combination of injury and inconsistencies in the receiver room, wasn’t able to connect on deep passes as much as Green Bay’s offense wanted to in 2024,” he wrote.
“Golden is the right piece to complement Jayden Reed, the tight ends, the run game and what Love wants to do.”
