Travis Kelce is getting serious about training ahead of what many believe to be his final season in the NFL. Two months ago, Kelce revealed that he would be returning for at least one more season after the Chiefs’ disappointing loss in the Super Bowl against the Eagles.
“I love playing. I still feel like I can play it at a high level and possibly at a higher level than I did last year. I don’t think it was my best outing. I think I let my guys down in a lot more moments than I helped them, especially if you look at my track record and how I’ve been in years past. I want to give it a good run. I got a bad taste in my mouth in how I ended last year and how well I was playing and how accountable I was to the people around me.
“I love so many people in Kansas City, both in that facility, in the community, and it’s home for me now. I don’t want to leave that life yet. I put in a lot of hard work and I put in a lot of focus into being the best that I can for K.C. Last year it didn’t end well for us. I just feel like there’s a responsibility in me to play out the contract that I initially signed, to give Kansas City and the Chiefs organization everything that I’ve got, and that’s what I’m going to do, man.”
According to the Daily Mail, Kelce arrived in Florida last month and rented a $20 million mansion to live with his trainers ahead of the upcoming NFL season.

He arrived in Florida last month with best friend Ross Travis, private chef Kumar Ferguson and a flatbed loaded with his favorite rides – a Rolls-Royce Ghost, Maybach SUV and a Cadillac Escalade.
The tight end’s daily grind revolves around Johnny O’s Gym where he and Ross, a former Chiefs teammate, are put through their paces by elite strength and conditioning coach Andrew Spruill.
‘Travis is keeping the noise out and putting in the work. If this is his final year in the NFL he’s determined to go out on a high.’
The Boca Raton mansion features six bedrooms and seven baths, a pool with a waterfall, a spa, a wine room, a private dock, and 24-hour security to keep away nosy paparazzi.
“Get cozy in the master suite next to the quartzite Cristallo linear fireplace wall, and start your day off right with drinks at the morning bar” says a previous Realtor.com listing of the property.
“Private access to a covered balcony provides mesmerizing island views. After dark, tuck in for a movie night in the media room, which uses motorized window shades to create a home theater ambiance, and grab a drink from the custom-crafted wooden club bar. A temperature-controlled wine room with a 459-bottle capacity makes storing and serving simple.”
