The San Francisco 49ers on Sunday officially announced six undrafted free agent signings to bring the number of first-year players on their 90-man roster to 17. Their 90-man roster will also be full once their 11-player draft class is signed.
It’s an intriguing group of UDFAs for the 49ers in particular because they should all have real shots to make the club.

Here are each of the six UDFAs they signed and a little bit on how they might break through to make the roster:
RB Corey Kiner, Cincinnati
Height: 5-8 | Weight: 209
Outlook: Never count out an undrafted rookie running back in San Francisco. Kiner will have an uphill climb to a roster spot, but his ability to run through contact and create yards makes him an intriguing player to follow in training camp.
WR Isaiah Neyor, Nebraska
Height: 6-4 | Weight: 218
Outlook: The measurables with Neyor are fascinating, especially when paired with a 4.40 40-yard dash. His 82 5/8-inch wing span is massive and should help him create some splash plays in the preseason. He only had 87 catches in 33 college games. Special teams will be his likeliest route to a roster spot.
OL Drew Moss, Colorado State
Height: 6-3 | Weight: 303

Outlook: Moss could wind up as a center according to the Athletic’s Dane Brugler. Chances are the 49ers selected in him in hopes of having him as a developmental project and not necessarily as a contributor on this year’s offensive line.
DL Sebastian Valdez, Washington
Height: 6-3 | Weight: 301
Outlook: Valdez is a true defensive tackle and any defensive linemen on the 90-man roster will have a real shot to make the team. He was impressive with 23 sacks in three seasons with Montana State. His production dipped dramatically when he made the move to Washington where he posted only 19 pressures and two sacks. Both of those marks are career lows according to Pro Football Focus. Valdez could be another player the 49ers are hoping to develop as a reserve DL down the road.
LB Stone Blanton, Mississippi State
Height: 6-1 | Weight: 227

Outlook: Blanton came on strong with the Bulldogs last season after struggling for two years at South Carolina. He racked up 125 tackles and four tackles for loss in 12 games last season. He also posted three pass breakups and an interception. Special teams will be his path to the roster in a crowded linebacker room.
CB Jakob Robinson, BYU
Height: 5-10 | Weight: 181
Outlook: Robinson clocked a 4.39 40-yard dash at the combine. In four seasons at BYU he posted impressive ball production with 11 interceptions and 21 pass breakups. His size may limit him to playing the slot in the NFL after playing more than half his college snaps outside. Robinson is another player whose best path to the roster will be through special teams.
