Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Are ‘Very Serious and in Sync’ During This ‘Special Time’ in Their Relationship

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have remained out of the public eye this week as they enjoy their time off work. A source checked in with People, offering some insight about what the couple is doing and how they feel about each other. It turns out they have really been on the road.

“They have been traveling nonstop and very much enjoy it,” the source said. “They are making the most of their time off together. They are hanging out with friends, too. It’s a special time for them.”

The two stars are “very serious and in sync,” the insider revealed. “They value the same things. Right now, the focus is very much on private time out of the spotlight.”

The couple, who have dated for over a year and a half, might be headed for another relationship milestone. A source told Us Weekly in February that Kelce and Swift are “on the same page about taking the next step [and getting engaged].”

A second source revealed, “Those close to them actually think [Travis may propose] while they’re on vacation.”

On April 1, Us Weekly revealed that the couple’s plans for getting engaged hadn’t changed. A source told the outlet that they are taking this time to build their bond after having been long distance during Swift’s Eras Tour and Kelce’s NFL season. “Without the outside noise, they can focus on each other,” the insider said.

Even as far back as December, a source told Us Weekly that Swift believes Kelce is the right person for her long term but is taking her time before tying the knot with him.

They explained, “Taylor does feel like Travis is The One, but jumping in is not her style. That’s just not how she does [things]. Marriage is a big deal, and she wants [it to be] forever.”
