The Patriots have signed defensive tackle Jeremiah Pharms to a two-year context extension, according to his representatives.

The 28-year-old, who entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2022, was set to become an exclusive-rights free agent next month.

The 6-foot-2-inch Pharms played in 16 games during the 2024 season and made five starts. He had 33 tackles, 2 sacks, and 5 quarterback hits.

Pharms has had a unique career arc. He was undrafted out of Friends University in 2020, and spent time playing indoor football and in the USFL with the Pittsburgh Maulers before joining the Patriots’ practice squad in 2022.
