A lot.  Of the $8.45 million budget the most expensive project will cost $1.80 million and will go towards replacing an 800 ton water cooled chiller.  Maintenance on the retractable roof is also costly with estimates near $1.335 million.  Other significant maintenance projects include re-coating the terrace level concourse.
