American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers, will undergo $8.45 million worth of upgrades and maintenance for the upcoming 2025 season. A lot. Of the $8.45 million budget the most expensive project will cost $1.80 million and will go towards replacing an 800 ton water cooled chiller. Maintenance on the retractable roof is also costly with estimates near $1.335 million. Other significant maintenance projects include re-coating the terrace level concourse.

Things fans will notice next year include replacing the lodge level seating. $1.45 million will be allocated towards upgrading these seats. Another big upgrade will come in the parking lot as they are replacing the east portion of the Uecker lot.
