According to reports, Gisele Bündchen, the renowned supermodel, is expecting her third child – her first with new boyfriend Joaquim Valente.

Bündchen, who shares two children with ex-husband and NFL icon Tom Brady, has embraced this new chapter with excitement.

“Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” a source told PEOPLE.

Bündchen’s growing family includes son Benjamin Rein, 14, and daughter Vivian Lake, 11, both of whom she co-parents with Brady.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion also has a 17-year-old son, John “Jack” Edward Thomas, with former girlfriend and Blue Bloods star Bridget Moynahan.

Bündchen and Valente, who have been together since 2023, met when she began training in Jiu-Jitsu with him. Their relationship has reportedly deepened over the past year.

Earlier this year, a source told PEOPLE that Bündchen “is secure and happy, and so busy with her life that she doesn’t have time to dwell on the negatives out there,” the source said.

In October 2022, Bündchen and Brady publicly ended their 13-year marriage.

Addressing the divorce on social media, Brady expressed gratitude for their shared journey and their continued commitment as co-parents.

“In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage,” Brady wrote via Instagram at the time. “We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.

“We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve.”

The couple’s split sparked rumors that Brady’s return to the NFL after a brief retirement might have played a role.

However, Bündchen addressed the speculation in a March 2023 Vanity Fair interview, clarifying, “What’s been said is one piece of a much bigger picture. It’s not so black and white.”

She continued: “Listen, I have always cheered for him, and I would continue forever. If there’s one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me.

“I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That’s what I want, really, from the bottom of my heart.”

Of course, there were plenty of rumors at the time of the divorce that Valente could have possibly played a role. Bündchen insisted that the two were strictly friends and that it was foolish to suggest anything else.

It appears something must have changed since those comments as she is now pregnant with her and Valente’s first child.

As for Brady, he’s keeping busy with his FOX broadcasting career. He also just recently purchased a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders.

Breaking his silence on the news surrounding his ex-wife, Brady posted a cryptic message on social media featuring the lyrics to Fleetwood Mac’s classic song, “Landslide.” (He happened to use The Chicks’ cover of it … Rare miss by TB12 to not go with The Smashing Pumpkins’ version instead.)
