2 more starters ruled out for the 49ers regular season finale

The San Francisco 49ers released its final injury report of the regular season. The following players were officially ruled out:

WR Deebo Samuel

CB Deommodore Lenoir

QB Brock Purdy

OL Spencer Burford

DE Robert Beal

Technically, there’s no “doubtful” designation, but that’s what Kyle Shanahan called linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles for Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.

Here is the list of who is questionable:

TE George Kittle

S Ji’Ayir Brown

OL Colton McKivitz

CB Isaac Yiadom

If you put an asterisk next to 2020, when he missed more than half of the season due to injury, Deebo Samuel will finish with his lowest total yards from scrimmage of his career. It’ll also be the fewest touchdowns that Samuel has scored since 2020.

Conversely, it was an extraordinary year for Lenoir. Among cornerbacks targeted at least 35 times, Lenoir allowed the 14th-lowest completion percentage, 17th-lowest yards allowed per game, and fourth-lowest passer rating against.
