The Detroit Lions didn’t just evaluate talent this week — they acted on it.
After a successful tryout at the team’s Allen Park facility, the Lions have officially signed veteran wide receiver Scotty Miller, a former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Super Bowl champion, to bolster their receiving corps ahead of the 2026 season.

Since then, he’s taken a journeyman path through the league, including stints with the Atlanta Falcons and Pittsburgh Steelers. Now, he arrives in Detroit with something to prove.
