Photo of ‘Buff’ Taylor Swift Had Fans in Disbelief By Andrew McCarty Athlon Sports Read more at:

Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce isn’t the only one in his relationship who has been working out. On Saturday night Taylor Swift took to the stage at BC Place in Vancouver for one of the final shows of her record-setting Eras Tour. After last night’s show, Swift only has two more shows to go before completing the 152-show tour that took place on five different continents.

During the show last night fans noticed that Swift appears to have been working out – hard. In a photo that has since gone viral on social media, the Grammy-winning singer’s arm muscle was flaunted in a crop top – and fans couldn’t believe it.

oh my god????? pic.twitter.com/omsAaJkuUB — Tayvis Nation (@tayvisnation) December 7, 2024 “abs and arms holy [expletive],” one fan said. “Is she like bench pressing Travis or what,” joked another.

“Is she going to be a chiefs rookie next season now that she’s finishing tour, because she’s incredibly buff?? Hello???” offered a third. “Mama is bench pressing in the chiefs practice facility on her off weekends,” joked another. Swift has detailed her workouts in the past, making it clear she has to stay active for the three-plus hour long shows she plays all over the world.

“Taylor trained during the entire tour. We would average two times a week. In-season training was more about maintenance, and so it was more like stability, mobility, biomechanics,” trainer Kirk Myers told Vogue. “If you’ve seen the show, you know how intense it is physically. Imagine doing that three, four days in a row and then you finally have a few off days and you’re still showing up to gym. That’s Taylor.”

“It’s tailored. We approached her training for the Eras tour with the mindset like a professional athlete. There was an ‘off-season’ when she wasn’t touring and ‘in-season’ when she was. When she’s not touring, we’re in the gym up to six days a week for sometimes two hours a day.” Swift’s final two shows will take place at BC Place on Saturday and Sunday night.
