WILLEMSTAD – Andruw Jones has officially been inducted into the Latin American Baseball Hall of Fame, marking a historic achievement as the first Curaçaoan to receive this prestigious honor. The ceremony took place recently, where Jones was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the sport.
During the ceremony, Jones expressed his gratitude to his home country and family for their unwavering support. “I want to thank my mother and everyone in Curaçao who has supported me. It is an immense honor to be the first Curaçaoan inducted into this Hall of Fame,” said the baseball legend.
