UPDATE: Phillies Unlikely To Move Bryce Harper Back To Outfield

Phillies might be best to move Bryce Harper back to outfield

The Philadelphia Phillies are looking for outfield help this offseason, but moving Bryce Harper from first base back to the outfield doesn’t appear to be on the table.

The free agent market at first base is deeper than the outfield, which has led to speculation that the Phillies could eventually re-evaluate their stance on Harper.

“I can’t say that we’d never do it, but it’s not something that we are thinking of or wanting to do,” president of basketball operations Dave Dombrowski said at the GM Meetings last month.
