The Dallas Cowboys are one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now. While they are only 6-5-1 on the season, they have beaten the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs in their last two games.
Dallas is currently ninth in the NFC standings, and while there’s still a big chance that the team doesn’t make the playoffs, the Dak Prescott-led squad has certainly proven to be dangerous.

That being said, NFL icon and FOX Sports analyst Tom Brady made sure to give the Cowboys the respect they deserve.
On his Week 13 power rankings, Brady announced that the Cowboys have made the list for the first time this season. The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers star placed Dallas at No. 10, highlighting the team’s wins against the Eagles and Chiefs as the reason for its rise.
“Wins over the Eagles and Chiefs have America’s team back in the mix. But can they chase down a trip to the playoffs?” Brady said of the Cowboys.

Overall, the Cowboys have won three straight since their bye in Week 10. Prior to that, however, they were 3-5-1 and looked hopeless, with their defense unable to help their offense led by Prescott.
The Cowboys have the best total offense in the NFL, but they are also one of the worst defensive teams. In the nine games before their current winning streak, they allowed opponents to score 30 or more points five times.
It remains to be seen if the Cowboys can maintain their current run and compete for a playoff spot, but one thing is certain: plenty of eyes are on them.
