🔥 PACKERS BLUEPRINT REVEALED: The Five Game Changing Keys Green Bay Must Hit to Take Down the Giants in Week Eleven — from unleashing their rising stars to exploiting New York’s biggest weaknesses, this is the must read roadmap that could flip the season, ignite momentum, and deliver a statement win the fanbase is desperate for.

The Green Bay Packers (5-3-1) will attempt to snap a two-game losing streak and win for the first time since Week 8 in Pittsburgh when Matt LaFleur’s team goes back on the road to play the New York Giants on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in Week 11.

The Packers, who are struggling on offense after scoring 20 total points in the last two games, will face a two-win Giants team with a first-time interim coach on the sideline and a third-string quarterback under center.

Can LaFleur’s team respond to the adversity of the last two weeks, beat a struggling team on the road and get the season back on track entering the stretch run?

Here are the five keys to the Packers beating the Giants in Week 11:

1. Must run the ball

The Packers offense is desperately trying to figure out how to beat two-deep coverage shells, but a struggling running game could — and really should — come alive and provide an easy answer this week. By any metric, traditional or advanced, the Giants are one of the worst run defenses in football, and the defensive front is dealing with several important injuries entering Sunday. This is a big opportunity for the Packers to finally rip off explosive runs, get the Giants out of shell coverage and regain an ability to create explosive plays down the field in the passing game. Will facing the Giants solve the Packers’ long-term concerns on offense? Probably not. But for one week, the offense could get back on track in a big way. It will start with the run on Sunday.

2. Win the turnover battle

The Packers must protect the football. The Giants have two big wins at home this season — over the Chargers and Eagles. Against the Chargers, the Giants intercepted two passes and had 93 interception return yards, setting up 10 of New York’s points in a 21-18 win. Against the Eagles, the Giants used a pair of takeaways to extend a lead and put away the defending champs in the fourth quarter. Overall, the Giants have four total takeaways in their two wins and only two total takeaways in eight losses, highlighting how important the turnover battle is on Sunday. Upsets happen when the favorite gives the ball away in big spots — see a fourth quarter interception in Cleveland, a strip-sack to end the first half in Dallas and a fumble in the red zone versus Carolina. On defense, the Packers have an early Christmas gift coming in Jameis Winston, who is one of the last remaining gunslingers. He’s the opposite of a game manager, and he will push the ball downfield and take risks. The Packers have only three interceptions in nine games, but they could double their total on Sunday with Winston under center.

3. Block the Big 3

For all the Giants’ faults on defense, the front does feature three game-wrecking players in edge rusher Brian Burns, rookie edge rusher Abdul Carter and interior defender Dexter Lawrence. Burns leads the NFL in sacks, Carter leads the team in pressures and Lawrence, despite a down year so far, has a long history of disruption. Can the Packers’ reworked offensive line — with Sean Rhyan now at center — keep the trio out of the backfield? There is a scenario where the Packers continue struggling in the run game and are consistently in unfavorable third downs, and the Giants’ pass-rushers greatly affect the game, keeping the Packers from finding answers on offense. Burns and Carter play both on the left and right side, so Rasheed Walker and Zach Tom have a big task ahead. And Lawrence will be a big test for Aaron Banks, Rhyan and Jordan Morgan, who are all struggling to various degrees.

4. Matching 12 personnel

An interesting note from NFL Pro: the Giants ran 12 personnel, with two tight ends on the field, on over 70 percent of snaps last week in Chicago, and New York gained over 300 total yards while in the personnel group. Mike Kafka has been the playcaller in New York this season, so the coaching change might not affect how the Giants operate in the short term. Theo Johnson played 71 snaps against the Bears; Daniel Bellinger was on the field for 53 snaps. The Giants are banged up at wide receiver and will likely need to stick with 12 personnel on Sunday. Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley can match with base personnel (three linebackers) or nickel, with Javon Bullard on the field as the fifth defensive back.

5. Expect the unexpected

The Giants fired head coach Brian Daboll, installed offensive coordinator Mike Kafka as interim coach and decided third-string quarterback Jameis Winston was the best starting option with Jaxson Dart in concussion protocol. New York also has a handful of players expected to miss the game with injuries. All these factors introduce chaos into the equation and will make preparing for the Giants a difficult task this week for Matt LaFleur. The Packers must be prepared for new looks and philosophy changes on both sides of the ball. There’s only so much an interim coach can change in a few days, but it won’t be surprising if the Giants come out of the gates with energy and gusto on Sunday. During a noon kickoff on the road, the Packers must match the fervor of the hosts and ensure hope doesn’t build in the home underdogs early.
