Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft exited the Week 9 game against the Carolina Panthers early with a knee injury and an update from the team isn’t good.

It did not look good initially for the star tight end, as Kraft was clutching his knee and was in clear pain before he was helped to the sideline and carted to the locker room.
After the game, head coach Matt LaFleur did not provide a specific update, but he did say it “does not look good” for Kraft moving forward, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Of course, the fear is that Kraft has a torn ACL or some other major ligament injury. To be clear, that has not been reported yet, either by an NFL insider or the team, but that is one of the worst-case scenarios for the young tight end.
Kraft was in the midst of a career year and was in the process of cementing himself as one of the best tight ends in the NFL.

With his 20 yards on Sunday, the former third-round pick had totaled 489 yards and six touchdowns over his eight games and was a little over 200 yards away from his career-high of 707 receiving yards.
Now, the Packers are going to be without one of their best playmakers for what seems to be an extended period of time.
It’ll be interesting to see if the Packers make a move for a tight end at the trade deadline. If not, Luke Musgrave and John FitzPatrick will have to step up.
