The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are reportedly getting a 400 percent raise, according to the team.

Back in 2019, the Dallas Cowboys settled a lawsuit with the cheerleaders, increasing their pay from $200 per game to $400 per game. They also get paid for various appearances and public outings. However, they are now getting a 400 percent raise.

It’s “life changing” money.

“Our efforts were heard and they wanted to give us a raise,” four-year veteran Megan McElaney said on the show. “And we ended up getting a 400 percent increase, which is like, life-changing.”

The Dallas Cowboys were criticized for not paying their cheerleaders very much, after their salaries came out during Season 1 of the Netflix show.

It sounds like Jerry Jones’ franchise has responded in good fashion to the criticism, as the cheerleaders should now be making more than $1,000 per game, which is a good amount of money.

The Dallas Cowboys are scheduled to open the 2025 season on the road, taking on the Philadelphia Eagles.
