Donna Kelce is a proud soon-to-be mother-in-law!
Travis Kelce’s mom wore her heart on her sleeve (and hat! and jewelry!) for her son and his fiancĂ©e, Taylor Swift, when attending the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday, Oct. 6.
In classic Donna fashion, the NFL mom sported her son’s red No. 87 Kansas City Chiefs jersey to the game at EverBank Stadium in Florida for Monday Night Football.
But this time, she accessorized differently than she has in the past.
Now, Donna — who’s soon to earn her mother-in-law title with Travis, 36, and Taylor’s wedding in the future — incorporated pieces that referenced the pop superstar into her game-day outfit, like her hat that featured a doodle of the singer’s face on the front.
The baseball cap was decked-out in Taylor-related graphics.
The animated version of the pop star, 35, was pictured front and center looking straight-on as she holds onto a pair of “1989” sunshades with one hand.
Meanwhile, Monday’s game wasn’t the first time Donna has been spotted wearing the Grammy- winning singer-inspired baseball cap.
On Sunday, Oct. 5, Travis celebrated his 36th birthday with Donna, who attended a screening of Taylor’s The Official Release Party of a Showgirl alongside her brother Don and his wife, Joan.
Also at the Chiefs-Jaguars game, Donna rocked a wrist full of bracelets, many of which were Taylor-inspired friendship bracelets. One of them had beads that read, “TS and TK,” threaded on it in yellow and red colors, in addition to one that said, “Chiefs.”
For further support of Travis and the team, she accessorized with dangling Kansas City Chiefs earrings. She also layered on red and yellow necklace chains for extra sparkle!
In a snapshot of Donna arriving to the game ahead of kickoff, she was captured carrying an orange feathery fan into the stadium. The prop is a nod to the Life of a Showgirl theme at the core of Taylor’s 12th studio album (she was also seen at the album release party with the fun fan).
Taylor released The Life of a Showgirl on Oct. 3. The album features 12 tracks, many of which she’s said were inspired by Travis. (The couple announced their engagement on Aug. 26.)
Donna’s game-day look was captured in full while she stood on the sidelines on the field to watch her son and the Chiefs warm up before the game. She looked on happily, smiled and clapped for the team.
Ultimately, the Chiefs suffered a 28-31 loss to the Jaguars.
