The San Francisco 49ers need all hands on deck, especially from a weapons perspective, if they’re going to overcome the rival Los Angeles Rams on Thursday night. It’s the case every week, but this is the kind of game where you’d like to have a full complement of players, especially. Unfortunately for the 49ers and their faithful, it doesn’t seem like they’re going to get that chance.
Amid a rash of critical 49ers injuries, wide receiver Ricky Pearsall has been ruled out for Thursday night’s big game. So has receiver Jauan Jennings. Oof:
Pearsall is San Francisco’s leading receiver by yardage this year. Jennings is one of the 49ers’ best weapons when healthy. So, needless to say, their absences will undoubtedly be felt.
