Battery Power named Matt Olson Player of the Month for September. With a 1.008 OPS and eight home runs, he contributed largely to the Braves’ 10-game win streak.

MLB News:

The Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres, Boston Red Sox, and Detroit Tigers all recorded a win in their Wild Card Series.

After two years as manager, the Los Angeles Angels have moved on from Ron Washington. He battled health issues during the 2025 campaign and missed over half the season.

Boston Red Sox right-hander Lucas Giolito is expected to miss the remainder of the season as he deals with flexor irritation and a bone issue. Fortunately, he does not have any structural damage to his UCL.
