New York Yankees slugger Aaron Judge’s wife Samantha Bracksieck prefers to keep a low profile despite being married to one of the faces of MLB. There have been moments during Judge’s career where the star gives fans a glimpse of his family life.

Back in 2022, Judge broke Roger Maris’ Yankees home run record by posting 62 dingers. After tying Maris’ achievement, Judge reflected on his wife’s calming presence.

“My wife has been with me through it all and she’s calm as a cucumber, that’s for sure,” Judge said at the time, per New York Post.

Here’s what you need to know about Judge’s wife and family.

Aaron Judge & Wife Samantha Bracksieck Welcomed Daughter Nora to the World in 2025

It has been a big year for Judge and Bracksieck. The couple welcomed their first child to the world in 2025. Judge revealed on Instagram that the couple’s daughter Nora Rosa Judge was born on January 27.

“1/27/25 Nora Rose Judge 🌸,” Judge posted on Instagram on February 5. “What an incredible week it’s been, can’t wait for the memories the three of us make.”

Yankees Star Aaron Judge Has Added Motivation With Daughter Nora

Judge has pointed to the couple’s first child as adding even more motivation for the Yankees veteran. The All-Star reflected on how fatherhood has changed his perspective on baseball.

“That’s what it’s all about right there,” Judge noted on February 20, via MLB.com’s Bryan Hoch. “I play for this city, I play for the fans, I play for my family. But now I have a little girl, and I have a chance to have her grow up and watch me do what I love. If there’s any way I can inspire her through playing this game to do something special, that’s going to be pretty cool.

“It’s more motivation. You know, I’m getting older. I don’t want to be the old man here in a couple of years. (I need to) stay on top of my game. So she’s definitely going to motivate me and keep me on my toes. It’s going to be a fun couple of years, for sure.”

Bracksieck has run the New York City Marathon on multiple occasions. Judge’s wife has become a resource for the Yankees players’ family members who are also preparing to compete in the historic event.

For example, Judge’s former Yankees teammate Anthony Rizzo’s wife Emily Rizzo relied on Bracksieck during her own New York City Marathon prep.

“I have gone to her throughout this entire process and asked her a gazillion questions about what the day (of) looks like, what I should be wearing, what headphones, what her training looks like,” Emily Rizzo told New York Post’s Jaclyn Hendricks during an October 2023, interview.

“We’ve ran together as well, and she’s really been a support system for me and given me a lot of good experience advice.”
